The Old Farm Of Amfreville surpassed all expectations. The location, in the heart of the Cotentin region, is unbeatable. The friendly and romantic atmosphere made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the incredible 4-course dinner prepared by the talented Chef David. The French cuisine was exquisite and truly a feast for the senses. We were so impressed that we immediately booked for the next two days. This hidden gem offers a combination of gastronomy and a lovely bedroom, making it a perfect choice for food lovers like us. Truly a bargain that cannot be ignored.
We felt incredibly well looked after during our stay at The Old Farm Of Amfreville. The hosts, David and Allison, provided everything we could possibly want or need.

The absolute BEST location I have ever stayed at in Europe, bar NONE. The meals were mind-blowing, especially the owner's supper. The hospitality, attention to detail, and restoration of the building were jaw-dropping. The spacious room had a beautiful bathroom with homemade hand soap. The dinner and breakfast were super delicious with fresh local products. Don't miss the picnic basket! The location is perfect for exploring historical places. Covered parking for motorcycles available. An absolute gem of a B&B that I can't wait to return to. Ideal for WW2 sightseeing. The host family and property were simply amazing. The garden room with an outdoor patio was perfect for relaxation. Be sure to try the various food experiences offered. David and Alyson are exceptional hosts who provide great information on the area. We are already excited for our next visit!

The Old Farm Of Amfreville was such a charming place! The decoration had a lovely vintage touch, which made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The general areas were beautiful and well-maintained, with cozy seating areas where I could relax and enjoy a book on a sunny afternoon. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The pathways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate around the property.
I would have loved to see more activities specifically designed for senior guests. Perhaps some gentle yoga or tai chi classes to help us stay active and rejuvenated during our stay.

The xmas decorations were beautiful and created a festive atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. One of the highlights was the delicious xmas dinner that was prepared for us, with a variety of tasty dishes to enjoy.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The heating system was not very efficient, and we found the room to be quite cold at times.

David and Alison are the coolest hosts ever. The farmhouse is a total vibe, like straight out of a movie. And let me tell you, the food? Mind-blowing! We even did a picnic by the Fiere bridge, which was so rad. Plus, Utah Beach was just a short drive away for some epic beach hangs. We're already planning our next adventure here!
Okay, if I had to nitpick, maybe it would've been cool to have more late-night activities for us young party animals. Like, a chill Bonfire Night or some sick tunes.

This place is absolutely amazing. The old farm has so much charm and is beautifully renovated. The owners are the best, very friendly, welcoming, and great cooks. They know a lot about the region and made excellent recommendations of things to do and see. The breakfast was soooo good, we couldn't stop eating. Most of it was fresh and homemade, and you could taste it! Highly recommended.
